An interesting choice of video Kim; it gave you plenty to write about. I like your reference to Escher and how you interpreted that, as well as your analysis of the lyrics' meaning. It would be good to see more comments on pace of editing and perhaps reference to Goodwin's Theory. I feel you could have written more.
From teacher feed back: linking it to Goodwin'd theory, you can see that there is no actual links between Lyrics and Visuals or links between Music and Visuals. However as i have said above there is a Intertextual reference of the artist Escher. I analysed this video as i fitted the genre of our unsigned band, alternative rock. I liked the way it is performance based instead of concept or narrative based. As i think it is best for a newer band to have a performance based as it shows them together and gives a feel for how they would be portrayed on stage.
Throughout this video the focus point is on the lead singer, we wanted to achieve this in our video as they are generally the main focus of a band on stage.
