I still feel there is more to be written here Kim. This one seems very vague. You begin to mention stereotypes, but could go into much greater depth about representations in general. You also miss the opportunity to discuss mise en scene of the band's performance area - something I think is very significant. There is also scope for discussing intertextual reference. Disappointing.
In terms of stereotyping, in many films there can be one stereotypically mean girl who is rude to people to there face and also behind there backs. As you can see in this video she is portrayed much like that through her actions.
Also by the lead singer coming through at the end and showing the girl up is again a typical situation which might occur in a film.
The band have their own intertextual reference of their album "riot". This is shown throughout there clothing with the colours and most obviously, the name being behind the band playing.
